Warning: Do not do it on wood or any hard flooring if it's your first Time!!!! Why? Because you can hurt yourself.

1.  You will need an open space with no distractions.

2. Then you get into the first position, which is to bring out a leg that you're comfortable with and put your hands above your head.

3. Then lift the leg that is behind you by 4 inches off the ground.

4. Then you lift your back leg even higher until your hands can reach the floor.

5. Then lift the leg that was in front of you off the ground.

6. Then make one of your hands point left and the other one keep it straight.

7.  Then all you do is twist your body and hopefully land. If you don’t land that is always fine, just keep on trying.
